Yes. Most of our products are certified USDA Organic, and as such, almost all of them use the same base organic coffee sources from small farms in Peru. There are a few exceptions to this rule:

When available, our Pumpkin Spice, Irish Cream, Banana Bread, & Smores cold brew are made with the same USDA Organic certified beans as our other products,  however one of the flavors used contains "natural and artificial" flavors and therefore the products cannot be certified organic.

Our Decaf cold brew is made using conventional (non-organic) beans. With decaf, our priority is sourcing high-quality specialty-grade coffee that has been decaffeinated using only water (e.g. no chemicals). This is the same standard required for organic coffee, however not all of the decaf we are able to source carries the USDA Organic certification. Therefore, our Decaf is not certified organic.

We source organic, specialty-grade, 100% Arabica beans from Peru

All of our caffeinated products contain 150mg of caffeine per 6oz serving. This is roughly equivalent to 2-3 shots of espresso per serving. Our decaf option contains 7.5mg of caffeine per serving.

Nope, you can store Wandering Bear cold brew at room temperature until you open it. We use a flash pasteurization and sterilization process for our cold brew that allows for safe storage at room temperature before opening without affecting its taste.



Once you've opened a box, pop it in the fridge to keep it fresh -- we usually enjoy it cold over ice. Technically we’re supposed to say that the coffee will stay fresh for 30 days once you open the box… but we know it to both stay fresh longer than that and to get consumed faster than that.

This is a very relative question. But since we wrote it, we know what we meant. From a freshness perspective, each box will stay fresh until the printed “best by” date on the back of the box. Once the tap is open, your cold brew will stay fresh for 30 days, or until you finish it all. That is for all products except for the 11oz and 32oz cartons, which should be consumed within 7 days of opening.

None! All of our products are sugar-free, allowing you to customize each cup to your liking.

Every batch of Wandering Bear is produced and packaged in a sterile environment and then tested for yeast, mold and bacteria under abuse conditions for 10 days before being released for sale. We take food safety incredibly seriously and appreciate your question!

All of our bags are BPA free plastic and FDA-grade food safe.

Our official return policy is that we want you to be happy. We like to keep things simple. So, if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your coffee for whatever reason, let us know and we’ll make it right for you. This generally takes the form of a refund or a reshipment, but we’ve been known to give bear hugs as well.

Orders will be delivered to your door in 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. This includes 1-3 business days for processing time and then another 2-4 days for delivery. Please note, our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday 

While we hope you won’t, you can cancel at any time in your account portal. Alternatively, you can delay (or pause) your subscription in your account portal - just reschedule the date of your next shipment to a date in the future that you feel comfortable with.
