    Easy and Delicious

    This is a so delicious, not sweet, peppermint mocha cold brew! Great for the season, or really anytime. Don’t let the season tell you what to love!

    Not so great

    Coffee flavor really isn’t there at all. It has a kind of chemically taste to it. Peppermint comes through very strong, no noticeable mocha flavor. But more like peppermint toothpaste, not peppermint candy. Not to mention the pour spout was really hard to set up. It was crooked at first and was very hard to get straight because of the way the bag is stuffed in the box.

    Not the worst coffee I’ve had, but for the price I expected much better. Would not recommend.

    We apologize that the coffee flavor was weak and that you noticed a chemical taste and an overpowering peppermint (rather than the mocha you expected). That’s not the experience we aim to provide. We’re also sorry the pour spout arrived crooked and was difficult to set up. We’ll share this with our packaging team so we can prevent it in the future.

    Can’t contact anyone

    I love the VANILLA COLD BREW, I received 3- 96 ounces of STRONG BLACK COLD BREW. Was it my error or the company’s , at this point I’m just disappointed. I’ve emailed, sent messages as directed. Still NO RESPONSE.

    So while I lprefer to business directly , I guess I will

    Have to cancel my subscription to authorship.

    Maybe this will help get customer support
