We’re proud of our nutrition panel. We chose to use the most expansive, detailed version of the Nutrition Fact Panel that the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) permits, because we believe that transparency and education are core responsibilities of every company that makes food.

The protein comes from a Milk Protein Concentrate made from ultra-filtered skim milk; it's a complete dairy protein (casein and whey, all necessary amino acids, PDCAAS=1) and gives the lattes its creamy, milky taste and consistency with the majority of the milk sugar (removed), lowering the total sugar content of the lattes while improving taste

No, absolutely not. This is not a protein drink. It’s a premium, coffee shop inspired latte that happens to be high in protein and lower in sugar. We crafted this specifically with taste and creamy, smooth texture in mind. The protein helped us achieve that without making the “thin” and “chalky” texture of many other high-protein beverages.

Primary ingredients: Organic cold brew coffee (100% Arabica), skim milk protein concentrate, cane sugar, non-GMO expeller-pressed high oleic sunflower oil

Contains less than 1% of: dipotassium phosphate, potassium citrate, gellan gum, sea salt, (natural flavors, in Mocha Latte and Vanilla Latte only)

• Organic cold brew coffee - the same specialty-grade, organic, 100% Arabica cold brew that we’ve perfected at Wandering Bear over the past decade is the flavor base for each latte, delivering bold, smooth coffee flavor and 140 mg of caffeine (double shot strength) per 8oz can
• Skim milk protein concentrate - Offers a better and more authentic latte taste while delivering less sugar (lactose), a complete amino acid profile and creamier mouthfeel than alt-proteins. As a result, it supports lean muscle synthesis and helps satisfy hunger with 11g of protein per 8oz can.
• Cane sugar - Real sugar in small amounts tastes better and is more digestible than sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners. Because our milk protein is low in lactose (milk sugar), the 5-6g of natural sugar we’re adding back brings the taste/sweetness to the level you expect from a latte, still with less than half the total sugar you’d normally expect in other products
• Non-GMO, expeller-pressed, high-oleic sunflower oil - that’s a lot of words (and hyphens), but the details matter here. The high-protein creamer that we created to give our lattes their signature, indulgent and creamy texture, required fat in addition to milk protein. In selecting a fat, we chose to search for an unsaturated fat with proven heart-healthy benefits (vs. saturated butter fat). We found a specific “expeller-pressed” (no chemical solvents, retains high levels of Vitamin E) sunflower oil that is high in monounsaturated fats (Omega-9) and very low in polyunsaturated (e.g Omega-6) and saturated fats. The fat profile is the same as that of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and provides richness to the lattes with a neutral taste and credible health benefits due to the Omega-9 monounsaturated fats.
• Dipotassium Phosphate - helps manage acidity (pH) to prevent curdling and ensures a smooth, consistent texture before and after pasteurization.
• Potassium Citrate - helps manage acidity (pH) to prevent curdling and ensures a smooth, consistent texture before and after pasteurization.
• Sea Salt - Enhances perceived sweetness and rounds out the coffee flavor profile while also helping maintain the stability of the milk proteins during pasteurization.
• Gellan Gum - a plant-based alternative to gelatin made through a natural fermentation process that allows proteins and oils to stay evenly dispersed; used very minimally in our formulation

Double Latte (classic unflavored latte), Vanilla Latte & Mocha Latte (chocolate)

• Each 8oz can of the Double Latte, Mocha Latte and Vanilla Latte has 140 mg of caffeine, all of it from the organic cold brew coffee
• We do not currently offer a Decaf Latte, but please let us know if this is an option you would like to see in the future!

• While the lattes have 5-6g of cane sugar added, they are not overly sweet. Many describe the sweetness as “subtle” and very similar to what you would expect from a coffee shop latte *before* adding “pumps” of sweetener 
• Because the ultra-filtered skim milk used to make our milk protein has the majority of its lactose (milk sugar) removed, the sugar we add brings our lattes back to a level of sweetness you would expect without being overpowering

• Better Nutritional Profile: Many alt-milks require significant added sugar to be palatable, leading to a higher overall sugar content. Our formulation allows us to achieve great taste with very low sugar.

We only use specialty-grade, 100% Arabica organic coffee from Peru, Colombia, and Honduras.

Yes! Our latte is shelf stable until the expiration date on the can. They are best served cold, though, so refrigerate or throw in/over ice to chill before serving for the best iced latte experience.
