This is a very relative question. But since we wrote it, we know what we meant. From a freshness perspective, each box will stay fresh until the printed “best by” date on the top of the carton. Once the carton is open, your cold brew will stay fresh for 7 days.

140-160mg of caffeine per 6oz serving. This is roughly equivalent to 2-3 shots of espresso per serving. Our decaf option contains 7.5mg of caffeine per serving.

All of our caffeinated 32oz cold brew flavors are USDA Organic.

Our lattes are made with the same USDA Organic certified beans as our other products, however they are not certified organic.

Our Decaf cold brew is made using conventional (non-organic) beans. With decaf, our priority is sourcing high-quality specialty-grade coffee that has been decaffeinated using only water (e.g. no chemicals). This is the same standard required for organic coffee, however not all of the decaf we are able to source carries the USDA Organic certification. Therefore, our Decaf is not certified organic.

Yes. You can heat it up and it will still be one of the smoothest cups of coffee you have ever had. For a true hot coffee connoisseur, they will note a difference (less acidity, less bitterness) than a hot cup because this is, well, heated cold brew which is chemically different. You can absolutely heat in the microwave as long as you ensure you don't overheat/boil the coffee. The best method is to heat on the stovetop under low heat. We don’t recommend heating the lattes.

Orders are typically delivered to your door in 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. This includes 1-3 business days for processing time and then another 2-4 days for delivery. There can be outliers to this timeframe, so if you have any questions on your order, reach out to our customer service team and we will make it right. Please note, our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays, so all orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Our cold brew is extra strong but ready-to-drink out of the box, so you don't have to mess around with measuring out coffee and water before you've even had your morning brew. That said, it's your coffee, and it's endlessly customizable: drink it straight black, with milk and sugar, in a smoothie, in a cocktail, or however you're feeling that day.

The protein comes from a Milk Protein Concentrate made from ultra-filtered skim milk; it's a complete dairy protein (casein and whey, all necessary amino acids, PDCAAS=1) and gives the lattes its creamy, milky taste and consistency with the majority of the milk sugar (removed), lowering the total sugar content of the lattes while improving taste.

The lattes are sweetened with cane sugar. Real sugar in small amounts tastes better and is more digestible than sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners. Because our milk protein is low in lactose (milk sugar), the 5-6g of natural sugar we’re adding back brings the taste/sweetness to the level you expect from a latte, still with less than half the total sugar you’d normally expect in other products.

No, the lattes are made with skim milk. We went this route for a few reasons:

• Superior Protein Quality: Milk protein is a complete, highly bioavailable protein. Oat, almond, and other plant-based alternatives offer low quantities of lower-quality, incomplete proteins.
• Authentic Taste & Mouthfeel: Dairy provides a more indulgent and authentic latte taste and creaminess that is difficult to replicate with alt-milks without significant additives.
• Better Nutritional Profile: Many alt-milks require significant added sugar to be palatable, leading to a higher overall sugar content. Our formulation allows us to achieve great taste with very low sugar.
