Although this coffee is very pricey and I won't be able to buy it often as a result, it's been a nice treat. It is organic AND WB states that they use filtered water, which matters to me. Why pay top dollar for organic coffee if a company is going to use toxic, chemical laden "tap water" ? So, companies that don't state "filtered water" don't get my business. I also love that they are crystal clear with the caffeine content. Many companies don't label their products with the caffeine content and you either have to go searching for it or email them. Many times I've never gotten a response! Shouldn't customers be told "mg of caffeine" outright? WB tells you and doesn't keep it a secret. I also appreciate the box container and the spout that actually ISN'T plastic! I've been drastically reducing plastic in my life. I like the glass bottles but glass is also easily broken. So WB has nailed it with their packaging. I also really like the range of size options for this coffee. You can get an 11 oz or an entire XL "office to go box" and options in between. I have the 11 oz cartons for a coffee on the go. But mostly I have the 32 oz cartons to save a bit of money. And also with the 32 oz I can just pour the ounces of coffee that I'd like to adjust the caffeine I'm going to ingest (I try not to go over 600 mg/daily and try to stay 450-500. But cold brew is SOOOO GOOD!).
Overall this coffee is superior to all others on the market hands down. Taste is superb. Organic ingredients. Filtered water. Cartons. Non-plastic spouts. Numerous size options. And their black, unsweetened coffee doesn't have any "gums" or other artificial junk (unfortunately their vanilla does). OH!!! And WB DOES NOT ADD SWEETENER OF ANY KIND !!! I don't do sugar or sweeteners at all, especially artificial. Many people can't drink or eat food that's not sweet - and that's due to a sick body craving sweetness where it doesn't belong. So I highly appreciate finding an unsweetened, organic cold brew coffee of this caliber. People can always add their sweeteners. But if companies add it... I cannot remove it.
What I'd like is for WB to make a decaffeinated organic cold brew. I have to make that at home because next to no one makes it, and they don't make it organic. I also don't drink out of cans anymore and the one cold brew decaf I found only comes in cans. No thanks aluminum poisoning!
Overall I highly, highly recommend WB. It's the same cost I'd assume as going to buy froofy "specialty drinks" from your favorite barista haha I make coffee and tea at home for years now to save tons of money, and also because I'm making organic, filtered water, fluoride free, plastic free, gluten free beverages for a fraction of what a starbucks junk would cost. So I will splurge here and there on WB, as long as the quality stays high and the price does not go higher. My old favorite coffee companies fell into that pit of dropping their high quality/organic ingredients while also raising their prices. That's why I tried WB. So far so good.
