If you’re a subscriber, you can edit all future orders at any time (before the order is placed) in your account.
If your order already went through, it really depends on how fast we can get Mark on our operations team to run. If he’s able to catch your order before it’s been sent to one of our carriers, we will do our best. In most cases, we will try to cancel the incorrect order and then have you place a new one for the correct product.
