What is your return policy?

Our official return policy is that we want you to be happy. We like to keep things simple. So, if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your coffee for whatever reason, let us know and we’ll make it right for you. This generally takes the form of a refund or a reshipment, but we’ve been known to give bear hugs as well.

Can I change my order?

It depends.

If you’re a subscriber, you can edit all future orders at any time in your account. 

If you placed a one-time order, it really depends on how fast we can get Ricky on our operations team to run. If he’s able to catch your order before it’s been sent to FedEx, we will do our best. Please contact us at support@wanderingbearcoffee.com if you think you made a horrible mistake.
For more clarity, if your order is under the status "preparing for shipping," "shipping" or "delivered," then that means it’s already started its journey to your door and can’t be changed. However, you can always get in touch with us and we’ll do what we can to help.

Can I exchange an item?

Not per se, but we do want you to be happy, so if what you bought didn’t meet your expectations, contact us at support@wanderingbearcoffee.com.
